This web page is intended to provide easy access to the Invitation To Tenders (ITT) published by the GPD, both those in relation to the disposal of government immovable property and also those related to other services provided/required by GPD.

The complete ITT together with tender forms may be downloaded by following the appropriate links. They can otherwise be purchased from the GPD's Customer Care Office at the fee indicated on the ITT. Tender bids must, unless otherwise indicated, be dropped in the Tender Box at GPD by the date and time indicated in the ITT. Tender forms that have been downloaded from the Internet must be accompanied by a bank draft (payable to the Land Directorate) equivalent to the fee indicated in the ITT. Tender offers may also be mailed to the Tenders Office, Land Directorate, Auberge de Bavière, Valletta, VLT 2000, but any mail delivery delays are at the bidder's risk. Before submitting any bids you are strongly advised to thoroughly read the ITT documentation as well as the Information For Tenderers.
